Code of Conduct

NOTE: When you sign the Application form, you are agreeing to abide by the rules on this page. Read them completely, and if you have any questions, please ask us to clarify.
 

  1. All play must be conducted within the parameters of the FLORIDA MOONSHINE guidelines, which say we are a member-based social organization dedicated to Safe, Sane, Consensual spanking play between consenting adults.
  2. Drugs are not allowed. Alcohol may be consumed in moderation. No alcohol will be provided by the hosts. If you are under the influence or try to bring drugs into any of our parties, you will be told to leave.
  3. Spanking and related practices (paddling, strapping, flogging, caning, etc.) are the only fetish activities permitted in the public rooms at FLORIDA MOONSHINE events. Any other play between consenting adults must be limited to private rooms.
  4. If a spankee uses a safeword, then play must stop. Always remember this simple rule, "The spanker is in control, but the spankee is in charge!" EVERYONE is expected to help enforce the sanctity of safewords. If you hear a safeword used, watch to make sure the partner honors its use and report any violations to one of the FLORIDA MOONSHINE Hosts immediately. IGNORING YOUR PARTNER'S SAFEWORD IS CAUSE FOR EXPULSION!!
  5. If someone turns down your invitation to play, accept it gracefully. NO MEANS NO! Don't be pushy, you will have other opportunities to play.
  6. Nudity in public rooms is Not Allowed. Anyone who bottoms in a public room MUST wear a thong. No fetish wear is allowed at our parties. No obvious collars, leads, or clothing that shows any genital area. This rule does not apply in the private playing rooms.
  7. The taking of pictures or videos is not allowed unless everyone in the picture has given prior consent. This provides respect for the privacy and discretion of others.
  8. All play between members of FLORIDA MOONSHINE must occur within the party's public rooms, in a private play room, or in the privacy of your hotel room (if the party is held in a hotel). No public play is allowed outside of the house for house parties or in any other part of the hotel for hotel parties. If at a hotel and playing in a private room, please keep your door closed! Vanilla families and children are also at the hotel. Please respect their sensibilities.
  9. We require all first-time attendees to introduce themselves to the Hosts for a brief orientation regarding these rules. You must sign the Code of Conduct and present your photo ID to be checked against your application for validity. Hosts are ALWAYS available to answer questions.
  10. If a problem arises, please bring it to the attention of the FLORIDA MOONSHINE Leaders. We can't help you with a problem if you don't tell us about it. Hosts can be easily identified by their badges or name tags.
  11. Any action taken against a person or persons for rules violations will be strictly up to the discretion of the FLORIDA MOONSHINE Leaders, and our decision shall be final.
  12. While FLORIDA MOONSHINE is open to all people, regardless of race, color or creed, as a private organization we reserve the right of refusal to any person or persons that we deem unsuitable for our social club. Anyone who publicly reflects FLORIDA MOONSHINE in a negative light shall have their membership revoked.
  13. Everyone is bound by a code of confidentiality as to the identities of group members and activities that occur at the parties.
  14. A person is not considered a member of FLORIDA MOONSHINE until he or she has attended a party. Membership is considered probationary until the person has attended two parties.
